Meet The Creator

Kamala, or Aama as I call her (which means grandmother in Nepali), was a beloved beautician in Pokhara, Nepal, for over 25 years. She did everything from skin and hair treatments to teaching rooms full of young women everything she knew about self-care and beauty. Aama had a special way of making people feel confident and radiant, inside and out.

After moving to America, she missed being able to share that part of herself. So she began crafting her own natural remedies at home. One of her favorites was a face mask made with trusted ingredients like dried orange peels. She started sharing it with women at her local temple, and soon, everyone was asking for more.

That's when I started using what would eventually become Nala. It wasn't just how good it made my skin feel, it was the love, wisdom, and care that Aama poured into every jar.

Now, a year later, we get to share it with you. Nala is more than skincare. It is heritage. It is healing. It is home.
